The epic journey of Odysseus, the hero of Ancient Greece.

After ten years of war, Odysseus turns his back on Troy and sets sail for home. But his ship is blown off course - and he angers the gods. Facing many dangers, including Polyphemus the greedy one-eyed giant, Scylla the six-headed monster and Circe, a magician. Will he ever see his wife and child again?

This is a retelling of Homer's epic poem, the Odyessey.

Reader's Reviews

It was O.K., without being brilliant. It did seem to leap around a lot, from one danger to another, and seemed to have little thought for all the people who endlessly die.

It was great.

This book was OK,but it was 2 long 4 me. I read it in Mr. Blake's class when I was a Freshman in high school. I took World Lit @ that time.
