During a missions trip in the jungles of Mexico, Ashton Cook encounters danger, hostility and fear, but far more painful are the bitter, hidden memories of her brother Tommy's death. When Tommy drowned, everyone blamed his best friend Judah Ewen for his drowning. Even Ashton. She hopes that this mission trip will be an outlet and help her to get over her grief. Then she finds out that Judah will be on the mission trip with her along with his friend Rebekah. Rebekah talks to Ashton helping her to see the truth and she is able to find deliverance and peace, and ultimately to forgive Judah.
