Imagine what it would be like to be so weighed down by your worries that you can't even enjoy spending time with your friends. Morris the Mole is in just that situation, until his friend realises that he needs someone to talk to. Morris is not keen to share his worries at first, but soon finds that talking about them makes them much less scary. Eventually, Morris finds that just by talking about them, his worries stop taking over his life and he is able to start having fun with his friends.
