Description[]
A grouchy Munchkin boy steals a powerful secret on easy and quick transformations and travels away from Oz. Out in the world he meets Ruggedo, who finds that the boy, named Kiki Aru, is wicked just like himself. Ruggedo uses Kiki to get into Oz. Then, they hatch a plot to get the animals on their side to take over the land of Oz. Meanwhile, Ozma's friends are again planning another one of Ozma's birthday parties. Every one seems to know what to bring her except Dorothy and the Wizard, after Cap'n Bill and Trot left with Bungle to find the Magic Flower. Dorothy is convinced by Glinda to make a cake, but, of course, Dorothy needs to add something special to the cake. She comes up with a plan and recruits the Wizard to help her. Unfortunately, Dorothy and her traveling companions run into Kiki and Ruggedo, and Trot's group is enchanted on the Magic Flower's island.
