Reader's Reviews[]

1[]

Very exciting story, plenty of adventure here. It's a journey of excitement, trust, friendship and courage. Not a difficult book to read but Cornelia Funke keeps you on the edge of your chair right to the end.

2[]

Again, a very easy book to read but the adventure is thrilling and keeps you on edge. I like the characters and how they all have individual personality - and faults. l recommend for ages 8 - 11.

3[]

I think this is a really good book for all ages. I personally think that there should be a sequel.

Clean. No bad language, and no unsuitable themes as some of Cornelia Funke's other books have.
